My name is Andrei Horia Bolboceanu, I was born in 1971 in Bucharest Romania and I start dealing with electronics since I was 12 years old. I became SWL in 1988 and get the full licence in 1990 with the same call sign as now – YO3FTI.

Since 2009 I am member Romanian Society of Radio Amateurs and local club YO3KSR.  I am member of editorial team of Radiomagazin YO (first online ham radio magazine in Romania – distributed freely).

I am passionate of digimodes and specialy weak signal modes like JT65, WSPR or ROS.
